SZ999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Pakistan's Trusted Betting Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and sz999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the sz999 website at https://sz999.biz, including sports betting, live casino games, crash games, fishing games, and all other gaming products available on the platform.

sz999 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. 2 Eligibility

• You are not under any legal or court order that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement.

sz999 may request documentary evidence to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide adequate verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on sz999. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. You are required to update this information promptly if it changes at any point.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. sz999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. sz999 reserves the right to verify your identity through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine compliance review. Required documentation typically includes a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Currency: All transactions on sz999 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500.

Accepted Payment Methods: sz999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposit Processing: Deposits are credited to your sz999 account in real time for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). Bank transfers and card payments may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. sz999 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within standard business hours. sz999 targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts using mobile wallet methods. First-time withdrawals and requests above certain thresholds may require additional identity verification before being released.

Withdrawal Conditions: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. sz999 reserves the right to request verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal. If KYC requirements have not been completed, withdrawal processing may be delayed until verification is satisfactory.

Inactive Accounts: An account that has shown no login or betting activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. sz999 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 to inactive accounts after giving prior notice to the registered email address. Fees will not reduce an account balance below zero.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

sz999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to these general bonus terms.

Welcome Bonus: New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on sz999 are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to Rs 20,000. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. The bonus amount is credited to your sz999 promotional balance separately from your cash balance.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, bonus funds on sz999 are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, or the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

Eligible Games: Not all games on sz999 contribute equally towards bonus wagering requirements. Sports bets, crash games, and fishing games generally contribute 100% of the staked amount. Some live casino game bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual bonus terms.

• Bonuses cannot be used to bet on both sides of a market in order to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("arbing").
• Only one bonus may be active on your sz999 account at any given time.
• sz999 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or limit any bonus offer at any time with prior notice where reasonably practicable.
• Any evidence of systematic bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus amounts and associated winnings.

6 Betting and Game Rules

All bets placed on sz999 are binding and final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and market choices before confirming. sz999 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error where the incorrect selection or stake was entered.

Voided Bets: sz999 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; an event result is overturned by the governing sports authority after settlement; odds were published in error due to a technical malfunction; or there is evidence of match fixing or irregular betting patterns relating to the event in question. When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's sz999 account in full.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on sz999. These limits are displayed at the point of placing each bet. sz999 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.

Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino game session, the round may be declared void and all stakes returned. Where a game session is interrupted after a result has been confirmed and recorded, the confirmed result stands. sz999 maintains complete game logs and the platform's records are the definitive reference for all dispute resolution.

Live Betting: In-play or live betting markets on sz999 are subject to suspension or closure at any time at the discretion of the trading team — particularly during key moments in a match or when data feeds are disrupted. Bets accepted before a market suspension are honoured subject to standard voiding conditions above.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Multiple accounts: Operating or attempting to operate more than one account on sz999, whether in your own name or using the details of another person.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the sz999 platform without human direction.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds across markets or between sz999 and other platforms in order to lock in guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts or exploiting promotional structures to claim bonuses beyond their intended scope.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome or perceived fairness of a casino game, particularly in multiplayer formats.
• Fraudulent payments: Depositing using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials. Any deposits identified as fraudulent will be reversed and the account closed.
• Money laundering: Using sz999 as a vehicle to deposit, move, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Providing false information: Submitting inaccurate, fabricated, or stolen personal information during registration or KYC verification.

sz999 cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement and financial regulatory authorities. Any account suspected of involvement in the activities listed above will be reported as required by applicable law.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

sz999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered email address. 9 Responsible Gaming
